The Center AI dashboard is where you’ll find key information about your business listings, presented clearly and organized. The data is updated daily and reflects the last 30 days, with some metrics compared to the previous 30 days, allowing for quick analysis of changes and trends.

1. Key Information on the Dashboard:

New Reviews: The first tiles show how many new reviews your listings received, the average rating, and how many of those reviews have been responded to.

Highest and Lowest Rated Listings: Identify your best and worst-performing listings, which will help you quickly pinpoint strengths and areas for improvement.

Distribution of Recent Ratings: See the breakdown of ratings (e.g., the number of 1-star and 5-star reviews) to better understand how customers perceive your services.

User Activity: View numerical data on user actions such as requests for directions, phone calls, or website visits.

Listing Views: This report breaks down the number of times your listings were viewed on Google Maps by different channels.

2. Customizing the View:

You can tailor the Dashboard by selecting specific listings, cities, or groups you’ve created. This lets you analyze data in the context of different locations or categories.

3. Detailed Analysis:

Click the “More” button to access the relevant section with more detailed data and reports about the selected listings or activities.
