Managing business listings in Center AI is a key feature that lets you quickly and easily update information on Google Maps. Even if your business operates across multiple locations, you can manage all listings in one place, saving time and avoiding errors. Center AI supports editing individual listings and bulk editing data for entire groups or selected locations.

1. Editing a Single Listing

To update information for a single listing, click the “View Details” button. You can edit all administrative data in the listing details. Click the pencil icon to make the fields editable. Once you've made the changes, save them by clicking the “Save” button.

2. Bulk Editing Listings

One of the most significant advantages is the ability to make batch updates across multiple listings all at the same time. You can simultaneously edit details such as:

  • Opening hours (including special hours for holidays),

  • Phone numbers,

  • Listing attributes,

  • Descriptions or other administrative data.

To do this, select multiple listings, click “Select All” and then choose the purple “Edit” button. This will take you to the bulk editing interface. Here, select the fields you want to edit, make the necessary changes, and then click the “Save” button in the upper-right corner of the screen to submit the updates.

You can modify multiple fields simultaneously, but changes will only be sent to the listings after clicking the “Save” button.

3. Locations Groups

In the "Locations Groups" tab, you can create your own groups of locations based on any criteria, such as dividing them by regions, product assortment, or marketing campaigns.

This gives you full flexibility in organizing your locations, making management easier and enabling precise actions, including:

  • bulk publishing of posts and images for selected groups,

  • making changes only in specific locations,

  • analyzing data for individual business card groups,

  • inviting new users by granting them access to a selected group.

3.1 Creating a New Locations Group

  1. Go to the Locations Groups tab.

  2. Click Add New Group.

  3. Enter the group name and save it.

  4. Choose how to add locations to the group:

    • Manually – select specific locations from your account,

    • From file – import locations from a CSV file.

3.2 Adding Locations Manually

  1. Select Add LocationsManually.

  2. Search for the locations you want to add.

  3. Check the boxes for the selected items.

  4. Click Add to confirm.

3.3 Adding Locations from a CSV File

  1. Prepare a CSV file containing only one column with store codes (without a header).

  2. Select Add LocationsFrom File.

  3. Upload the CSV file and click Select.

  4. In the next step, choose an action:

    • Add to group – add new locations,

    • Overwrite group – replace the current locations in the group with those from the file.

  5. If any of the store codes do not exist in Center AI, a message will appear with the option to download a file containing the missing codes.

3.4 Creating a Group from GMB Labels

If your Google Business Profile has labels assigned to locations, you can use them to create a group in Center AI:

  1. In the Locations Groups tab, click the three-dot icon.

  2. Select Add New Group from GMB Labels.

  3. Choose the label you want to use to create the group.

4. Disconnecting Listings

You can also disconnect a listing in the Listing Management section. To do this, click the three dots and confirm the action by selecting “Disconnect from Center AI.”

The listing will only be disconnected from Center AI; it will not be removed from Google Maps or your Google Business Profile.

Important: Disconnecting a listing from Center AI means you will lose access to its data. After re-importing, some information, such as customer reviews, will be retrieved again. However, statistics on user behaviors in Google older than 18 months from the re-import date will not be available.
