1. Monitored Keywords
Enter the keywords you want to use to track your listings' positions. Keywords added here will be monitored for all listings on your account. You don’t need to include city or district names, as monitoring is based on the location of the listing.
Note: Removing a keyword will delete all previously collected data. Before deleting the position data for that keyword from Center AI, make sure to download it.
2. Competitor Listings
Here, you can search for and add local competitor listings. Competitor listings are added individually for each of your locations, allowing precise monitoring of competitors in a specific area. To add competitors, type their names into the search bar or use suggestions provided by the Center AI system.
3. Google Accounts
To fully utilize Center AI’s features, you must add your Google Business Profile account and import your listings. You won’t be able to use the system without linking a Google account.
How to Add a Google Account:
Click the “Add Account” button in the screen's upper-right corner.
Follow the on-screen instructions until the account is successfully added to the system.
Ensure that the linked Google account can access the listings you want to import.
4. Importing Listings
Once a Google account is connected, you can import your listings:
Select the profile from which you want to import listings.
Choose all listings or select specific ones, then click “Import Selected.”
The import process takes a few seconds to a few minutes, with real-time status updates.
If new listings (e.g., new locations) are added to your Google account, you’ll need to re-import them. Select the profile with the new listings or add one by clicking “Add Profile.”
5. Map Configuration
Bing
Integration with Bing Maps allows you to automatically sync your listing data with Bing Maps, increasing your visibility online.
To enable integration, click “Enable” next to Bing Maps.
The initial data synchronization may take up to 14 days as Bing verifies the submitted information. Subsequent updates will happen in real-time after verification.
Center AI sends Bing Maps basic administrative data such as listing name, phone number, and operating hours. If a listing does not yet exist in Bing Maps, the system will automatically create it based on the information available in Center AI.
